Commitment
Definition: “The state or quality of being dedicated to a cause or activity”
My thoughts: This is the act of doing what you say, which goes to honesty. This also requires a work ethic to follow through with your responsibilities.
Integrity
Definition: “The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.”
My thoughts: This goes toward developing credibility and trust in others. It usually leads to respect by others.
Respect
Definition: “A feeling of deep admiration for someone elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements”
My thoughts: Respect is like love; the move you give, the more you get. Everything you do can lead to increased or decreased respect of you by others.
Responsibility
Definition 1: “The opportunity or ability to act independently and make decisions without authorization.”
Definition 2: “The state or fact of being accountable or to blame for something.”
My thoughts: The less commitment, integrity, and respect you display; the less responsibility you will have. On the other hand, the more responsibility you display, your stock will rise in the other three categories.
